1b. Mess with your mind? To be honest, Chessur's already around half-mad on account of Wonderland. But he's free to try.

3. Hurt you? He can try, but Chessur will most likely simply vanish.
3b. Torture you? As above, he can try, but unless he can force Chessur to stay unevaporated, it's not going to work.
