Haxoring really just applies to whether your characters have any sort of... anything technological he'd find useful to co-opt for his own nefarious schemes. Like PDAs or machines or what-not. I mean he's done crazy things like use satellite systems to hypnotize the UK in canon, so if he happened across anything powerful he'd want it.

I'm actually not sure if a lot of people use their laptops for private messaging in this game-- it doesn't seem like it-- but if it does come up hacking would definitely apply to that too.
